Adaptive Gluing System
One or more adhesive applicators are installed before the folding section, adjustable based on carton dimensions. Each applicator comprises a coated rubber roller, an upper pressure roller, and a glue reservoir. Modules A and B feature independent geared motor drives for simplified and rapid adjustments.
Multi-Stage Folding Mechanism
The board undergoes 180° folding on the left/right secondary and fourth lines via three 60mm-wide base belts combined with dual 60mm-wide folding guides.
