The structure of an ordinary manual nailing machine

The structure of an ordinary manual nailing machine is: It mainly consists of nail heads, supporting arms, drive motors, transmission clutches, fuselages and foot switches. The drive motor is generally 0.5 kilowatts, using a single-stage or double-stage V-belt to transmit power, and has only one speed ratio with the motor.

When the motor is working, but when the foot switch is not stepped on, the transmission clutch does not work, the nail head does not nail, and the box needs to be nailed. The cardboard is manually supported, and the switch clutch is stepped on to connect the nail head to the action, and the nailing is cyclically nailed.

The more complicated parts of this machine are the nail head and the mechanical clutch. The most important part of the machine head is the punch. As the punch moves up and down, it completes a working cycle of four processes in a very short time (about half a second), including feeding (including cutting), pressing, nailing, and hanging. Due to the different travel speeds, accelerations and dwell times of the structural design, the required time and vulnerable parts are also different, which brings certain difficulties to manufacturers.

The current punch reciprocating mechanism has three forms:

• eccentric wheel
• and eccentric shaft.

The cam type is also called the groove wheel type. The disadvantage is that the machining is slightly difficult, the machine head has relatively more parts, and some vulnerable parts use less material, but they must also select good steel and undergo corresponding heat treatment processes to improve endurance and extend service life. Regular lubrication should be added to keep it clean during routine maintenance. When purchasing this type of machine, the main thing to look at is the manufacturer's nail head and body.
